Job Description
- Define and lead a cohesive Group-level marketing vision aligned with commercial and growth objectives
- Build scalable digital and performance marketing capabilities across multiple markets and channels
- Drive go-to-market strategy for major game titles and IP launches, from planning to post-launch optimisation
- Strengthen corporate brand positioning, Public Relations strategy, and external communications at Group level
- Partner closely with publishing, sales, and commercial teams to enable revenue growth and demand generation
- Establish marketing governance, performance tracking, and ROI discipline across subsidiaries
- Lead agency ecosystems and internal stakeholders across regions
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline
- 12+ years of marketing leadership within gaming, entertainment, or consumer technology
- Demonstrated success in scaling digital and performance marketing with clear commercial outcomes
- Strong exposure operating across multiple markets and managing complex stakeholder environments
- Proven leadership capability in building high-performing teams and partner ecosystems
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution strength and strong executive presence
