ROLE SUMMARY

Revantage is seeking an experienced communications leader to serve as Associate Vice President, Corporate Communications APAC, based in Singapore. Reporting globally to the Global Head of Communications (based in New York) and locally to the Head of People &Culture in Asia (based in Singapore), this role will be responsible for developing and executing internal communications strategies for Asia Pacific, which encompasses Revantage's offices in Singapore and Sydney.

As the lead communications practitioner and advisor for APAC, you will partner closely with regional leadership and the global communications team to elevate Revantage's reputation and support business goals through impactful, multi-channel employee communications.

Primary Role

  • Lead and execute internal communications strategies, plans, and campaigns that engage employees, support business objectives in APAC, and enhance the firm's internal and external reputation
  • Serve as editor-in-chief, developing and reviewing communication materials, including leadership messages, employee communications, digital content, firmwide invitations and other materials, in partnership with the People & Culture and global Communications teams
  • Support promotion of company events and executive speaking engagements review/draft and approve briefing materials and manage all related communications
  • Develop multi-channel content strategy (including social media strategy, management, and analytics), oversee digital and multimedia content production to showcase Revantage's brand, culture, and achievements (including management of any agency partner relationships if necessary)
  • Build relationships and collaborate with regional leadership and local office leaders to advise on effective communications strategies
  • Manage crisis communications establish a process to rapidly act as needed and provide strategic counsel to leadership teams regarding reputational threats and opportunities
  • Liaise with global Communications teams to ensure alignment on core messaging and brand voice

What You Bring To The Role

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of communications experience in a corporate environment
  • Strategic leader and creative thinker with a proven track record of supporting complex organisations in all aspects of communication
  • Experience working in global matrixed organisations, tailoring communications for regional cultural nuances
  • Team player with a can-do attitude and ability to effectively manage multiple senior stakeholders across several organisations
  • Ability to build an effective network of relationships with key external decision makers to influence and enhance organisational reputation
  • Project management experience with demonstrated success developing and executing multi-channel communications strategies
  • Excellent writer and communicator able to synthesise complex issues into clear, targeted messaging for senior-level internal and external audiences
  • Experience with branding, graphic design, and developing impactful communication materials
  • Personal credibility and executive presence in front of senior leaders and external audiences
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred:

  • In-house and Agency experience
  • Media Relations and Social Media experience
