Get to Know the Role

This Trainee supports the Digital Advertising business at Grab, working within the Regional Sales Enablement Team. The trainee will gain practical experience in managing & updating various types of sales content, sales team support, and regional exposure at Grab.

This role can help trainees build foundational understanding of digital marketing & advertising and equips them with exposure on working cross functionally, managing multiple stakeholders within an organisation.

This is a 6 months full-time onsite role based in Singapore as part of the .

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

About the assignment

• Collaborate with internal local and regional teams to develop and manage sales content for various Ads sales teams across the region.
• Centralize and organize all content from different in-market teams into an accessible repository for all markets and teams.
• Maintain content freshness by removing outdated materials and updating as needed.
• Work with cross-functional partners to gather and centralize their respective content into the Ads repository, to be then used by sales teams.
• Assist in drafting communications related to existing content and promote its effective use.

This initiative will significantly enhance the sales team's pitching strategies and the resources available to them.

• Understanding how various cross function teams collaborate with each other, driving the business forward.
• Gain new skills in content creation using Google Slides, Canva and other design tools
• Project & stakeholder management skills
