Introduction:
We are a dynamic and rapidly growing F&B hospitality group in Singapore, known for our innovative concepts and vibrant dining experiences. As we continue to expand our footprint and brand portfolio, we are looking for a passionate and hands-on Creative Director to lead and execute our creative vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Brand Leads and stakeholders to execute day-to-day creative output across all brands under the Group, ensuring efficient workflow from concept to execution.
- Support with the production high quality assets, including but not limited to digital ads, social media content, menus, posters, signage, packaging, and event collateral as assigned.
- Assist in maintaining design files, archives, and organised project documentation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in F&B and hospitality marketing.
Requirements:
- 35 years of experience in a creative/design role, preferably within F&B and hospitality industry
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design tools.
- Curious and future-focused, leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to accelerate concept development, product storytelling, and go-to-market creativity within F&B.
- Strong conceptual thinking with a keen eye for detail, colour, typography, and layout.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and action on feedback.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Proactive, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- A vibrant personality with a strong work ethic and a passion for food, design, and storytelling.
