ManpowerGroup shapes how organisations hire, grow, and manage talent at scale-and now we're looking for a (Senior) Graphic Designer to shape how our brand shows up in Singapore. You'll bring clarity, consistency, and highimpact design to a brand with real global reach.

Portfolio Requirement (Mandatory)

All applications must include a professional design portfolio, provided as either:

  • A website portfolio link

Cloud storage links (e.g., Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, WeTransfer) will not be accepted, and applications submitted without a portfolio will not be considered.

What You'll Do

  • Bring ManpowerGroup's global brand guidelines to life through clear, consistent, and polished visual design.
  • Lead the creation of ATL and BTL assets-from concept, to layout, to final artwork-across print, digital, and basic motion formats.
  • Prepare meticulous, productionready files with strong control of typography, layout, colour accuracy, and output quality.
  • Create visual assets for digital campaigns, social channels, and web platforms that drive brand recall and engagement.
  • Work closely with marketing, content, and web teams to deliver integrated visual storytelling across touchpoints.
  • Maintain alignment with global brand standards while tailoring designs for local relevance.
  • Manage multiple design projects with accuracy, speed, and disciplined organisation.
  • Collaborate with regional and global creative communities to ensure brand consistency across markets.

What You Bring

  • Proven professional experience in graphic design within an agency, studio, or inhouse creative environment, with a portfolio that demonstrates strong execution across branding, print, and digital.
  • Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
  • Solid knowledge of print production, artwork setup, and colour management.
  • Advanced eye for typography, composition, and visual hierarchy-with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple deadlines in a fastpaced corporate setting.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Comfortable working across Mac and PC.

Ready to Apply

If you're a designer who thrives on creating clear, confident, highimpact visuals, we'd like to see your work. Apply now with your resume and your portfolio (PDF or website link).
