Role Overview
We are building digitally native fashion and beauty brands under an incubation platform.
This role focuses on translating brand identity into high-performing website and social media assets with strong speed and execution capability.
We are looking for a designer who is AI-augmented, platform-native, and commercially aware.
Core Responsibilities
1. Website & E-Commerce Assets (Primary Focus)
- Design homepage banners, landing pages, campaign visuals
- Create product page modules (feature highlights, ingredient stories, comparison charts, etc.)
- Adapt visuals for marketplace environments
- Support A/B testing with multiple design variations
- Maintain scalable digital design systems across SKUs
2. Social Media Content Production
- Produce static and short-form assets for:
- TikTok
- Instagram
- RedNote (nice to have)
- Develop templates for repeatable content output
- Support campaign launches and drops
- Ensure visual consistency while adapting to platform behavior
AI-Driven Productivity (Important Requirement)
We expect strong working familiarity with AI tools to accelerate output and ideation.
Examples:
- AI image generation for rapid concept exploration
- AI-assisted layout experimentation
- Prompt-based variation generation
- AI mockups for fast visualization
- Workflow automation to increase productivity
The expectation is faster ideation cycles and higher output quality - not dependence on AI without design judgment.
Ideal Profile
- 2-4 years experience in digital design
- Strong portfolio in e-commerce or social media content
- Experience in fashion or beauty brands preferred
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
- Strong typography and layout fundamentals
- Basic understanding of conversion-driven design
Nice to Have:
- Experience designing for China platforms (RedNote / Douyin)
- Exposure to cross-border or multi-market brands
- Basic motion / short video editing skills
