Job Summary
You will work as part of a team to maintain cleanliness and safety in the manufacturing environment by performing cleaning tasks, reporting maintenance issues, and following all customer and SBM procedures.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to complete cleaning assignments efficiently and accurately in the manufacturing sector
- Maintain a clean and safe work area by performing cleaning tasks on walls, floors, ceilings, glass windows, and wipe-downs as trained
- Respond promptly and professionally to supervisor instructions and duty phone calls to ensure smooth operations
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with leads, supervisors, co-workers, managers, and customers to support teamwork and service quality
- Assist shift lead and supervisor in completing punch-list items to meet customer standards
- Use proper personal protective equipment consistently to ensure personal and team safety
- Present a professional appearance and conduct to uphold SBM and customer standards
- Follow all customer and SBM Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and procedures consistently to maintain service quality
- Report maintenance issues promptly and perform shut-down cleaning as required to support facility upkeep
- Complete daily cleaning logs accurately to document work performed and maintain accountability
- Complete all basic training modules and annual qualification trainings according to customer SOPs to maintain competency
- Obtain and maintain all required safety certifications, including chemical safety, to comply with safety regulations
- Adapt to working in an air-conditioned environment and meet physical fitness requirements to perform job duties effectively

- Completion of all safety certifications including chemical safety as mandated by customer SOPs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Completion of all basic training modules and annual qualification trainings per customer SOPs
