Responsibilities
About the Team

Real Estate and Facilities (RE&F), a division of the Corporate Services department, was established in June 2015. Since then, RE&F has grown alongside our organization, managing a vast global footprint. Our meticulous management model encompasses the entire real estate lifecycle, from space planning and transaction management to project management, facilities management, and office EHS. With a passion for innovation and a commitment to excellence, we strive to create inspiring spaces that foster collaboration and unleash the full potential of our teams.

Responsibilities

- Establish and implement workplace environment principles: Develop and roll out guidelines aligned with the company's values and culture, ensure consistent implementation across all offices, and foster a positive, collaborative workplace atmosphere.

- Ensure visual and aesthetic alignment: Oversee office visual presentation, layout and design to comply with the organization's cultural and employer branding guidelines, maintaining a unified professional image.

- Benchmark and optimize work efficiency: Conduct industry and internal benchmarking, define quantifiable efficiency standards, and launch targeted optimization initiatives to improve overall operational productivity.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders: Partner with department managers, HR and admin teams to identify workplace challenges and develop practical, effective solutions.

- Enhance efficiency via technology and data: Integrate digital tools and data analytics to track workplace operations, streamline workflows and refine management strategies.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design or a related field.

- Minimum 5+ years of workplace design experience in technology companies.

- Minimum 5+ years of leading workplace design teams with prior experience of handling 20+ projects in team.

- Minimum 5+ years experience of collaborating with stakeholders and managing teams across multiple countries or globally.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in a global organization.

- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment.

- Experience commercializing internal capabilities or building cross-functional platforms.

- Strong people management skills, with experience leading diverse and remote teams across geographies.

- Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and matrix organization within a flat structure.
