About the role
Responsibilities
Project Management
- Project Coordination - Coordinate cross-functional project schedules, deliverables, and resources.
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure project alignment and timely completion.
Performance Review
- Monitor and evaluate team and vendor performance against established KPIs.
- Prepare and present performance reports to management.
- Support the implementation of performance improvement initiatives.
- Collect and analyse feedback for process optimization
In Transit System POs Governance
- Review and validate in transit Purchase Orders (POs) for accuracy and compliance
Our business functions include:
- Global Outsourced Operations, Logistics and Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Energy Storage as well as IBP and Digital Transformation.
About you
- You will be contributing to the delivery of the next generation of Dyson technology, so you will need to be:
- Working towards a Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business Analytics, Supply Chain or related disciplines and in your penultimate year.
- Able to demonstrate how you have applied your technical knowledge and skills (financial, analytical and numerical skills) to solve problems, either through your university projects or past internship experience.
- Committed to learning about global supply chain and how our business operates.
- Happy to build your own networks to collaborate and learn from the experts around you.
- Professional and articulate to actively participate in discussions.
- Passionate about Dyson and our technology to help us meet our ambitious future.
