What You'll Do:

Bookings & Deliveries

  • Share weekly unit availability with lessees and manage bookings for lease, factory, and One-Tripper containers.
  • Coordinate with depots/factories to secure on-time release and delivery.
  • Troubleshoot and correct booking/EDI issues.

Redeliveries & Offhires

  • Liaise with Leasing Managers/Directors for exceptional redelivery requests.
  • Issue redelivery orders, confirmations, and manage related queries.
  • Update and maintain redelivery references during contract changes.

Total Loss & Contract Management

  • Handle customer requests on total loss cases, from DV checks to invoicing.
  • Draft and update contract terms, track signing, and keep insurance certificates up to date.

Finance & Invoicing

  • Support customers with invoice queries, corrections, and credit/debit notes.
  • Send monthly e-billing files, PDFs, and statements of accounts (SOA).
  • Follow up to ensure timely payments.

Customer Service & Reporting

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and calls.
  • Maintain client records in CRM and update mailing lists.
  • Generate reports for internal/external stakeholders.

Other Contributions

  • Join weekly meetings and action follow-ups.
  • Uphold HQ's policies, procedures, and regional guidelines.
  • Be proactive in supporting team projects and ad-hoc duties.

What You Bring

  • Strong communicator in English (Mandarin is a big plus due to the need to liaise with Chinese speaking clientele).
  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay calm under pressure.
  • Energetic, positive, and proactive team player.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, CRM).
