Customer Service Executive

Department: Reservations / Customer Service

Reports To: Station Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservations Specialist cum Customer Service Executive to handle reservation requests while delivering exceptional service to clients. This role involves managing bookings, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Reservations Management:

  • Process and manage reservations through phone, email, or online systems.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, cancellations, and changes.
  • Monitor availability and optimize reservation schedules to maximize occupancy or capacity.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments (e.g., HQ, Operations & Sales team) to ensure smooth execution of services.

Customer Service:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide professional support.
  • Handle complaints and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Guide clients through services, offers, and on matters pertaining company/airline policy.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Work hand in hand with the Ground Handling Agents ensuring service quality is maintained.

Administrative & Reporting:

  • Maintain customer databases and update reservation records.
  • Generate reports on reservations, sales, and customer feedback.
  • Assist in preparing promotional materials and communicating offers to clients.

Qualifications:

  • ITE Certification or equivalent or higher. Qualification in related field is preferred.
  • Experience in a reservations or customer service role, preferably in the aviation industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in English. Holding ability to speak and write in more languages is a plus.
  • Proficient in reservation software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range Offered: SGD 2,400 - SGD 3,000
