Responsibilities:
• Lead local compliance teams in various countries, maintain contact with overseas and cross-border regulatory agencies and industry organizations, and ensure that the company does not have significant compliance issues
• Develop group compliance policies, determine local compliance strategies based on local licensing requirements
• Responsible for building a comprehensive compliance and anti-money laundering management system for various licensed entities and business lines of the cross-border payment company
• Flexibly use the business scope supported by the license, interpret the dynamics of overseas industry policies and laws, provide compliance guidance for the company's business, and organize related publicity and training
• Monitor and analyze trends and development of key industries, understand the characteristics of the company's merchants and business, pay attention to and insight into the forefront of the industry, balance business compliance and development, and be good at finding a compliance management path for the healthy development of the company's business
• Reasonably plan the division of labor among team members, maintain team flexibility, and ensure that the team has the ability to deal with licensed and unlicensed companies compliance
Requirements:
• Bachelor or master degree in law or related fields
• At least 10 years of relevant work experience, including compliance experience
in cross-border payments and financial technology
• Overseas working and team management experience
• Familiar with financial regulatory laws and industry standards
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to communicate
effectively with employees at all levels, regulatory agencies, and industry
organizations
• Proficient in English and Mandarin, with the ability to use it as a working
language
