Position Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Global Campaign Planning and Delivery Manager to support the planning, coordination, and rollout of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple international markets. This role will work closely with senior leadership, local teams, and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Manager will play a central role in connecting global strategy with local execution, ensuring alignment, consistency, and measurable results. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with remote working.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Coordination
- Translate client briefs and global strategies into detailed campaign plans, including timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Support the campaign development process by coordinating inputs from creative, media, technology, and local market teams.
- Anticipate operational risks and support mitigation planning.
Campaign Delivery & Execution
- Manage day-to-day delivery of multi-market campaigns across digital, social, broadcast, and on-ground activations.
- Track campaign progress against agreed timelines, budgets, and KPIs.
- Liaise with local agencies, media partners, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution and consistent brand representation.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, government tenders, and local regulations where applicable.
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as a key point of contact for campaign operations, supporting senior stakeholders with timely updates and escalation when needed.
- Foster collaboration across internal teams, agencies of record, and external vendors.
- Build trust-based relationships with regional contacts to ensure seamless global-to-local coordination.
Performance & Reporting
- Assist in compiling campaign performance reports with actionable insights.
- Support post-campaign reviews to capture learnings and improve future delivery processes.
- Contribute to the refinement of global delivery frameworks and best practices.
Qualifications & Experience
- 6-8 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or media, with at least 3 years in hands on integrated campaign.
- Demonstrated experience managing integrated campaigns across multiple channels and markets.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate complex workflows and competing priorities.
- Experience working with global brands, regional campaigns, or government campaigns preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with performance reporting tools and data interpretation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with cultural awareness and adaptability.
