Responsibilities
Global Strategy Development & Execution
- Lead the design and execution of global business strategies to drive growth, market expansion, and operational excellence.
- Partner with executive leadership and regional heads to align business objectives and translate them into actionable strategic plans.
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, potential partnerships, and business model innovations.
Strategic Analysis & Insights
- Lead and execute market and competitor research, including both qualitative and quantitative analyses, to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to support executive decision-making and long-term planning.
- Develop forward-looking strategic recommendations and business cases for new initiatives or business directions.
- Continuously challenge the status quo by proposing new ideas and perspectives to maintain the companys competitive edge.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Alignment
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment between business units, product, marketing, finance, and operations teams globally.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the senior leadership team, supporting critical business reviews and strategy workshops.
- Facilitate strategy communication and change management efforts across regions.
Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
- Define success metrics and track execution progress against strategic goals.
- Identify operational and strategic risks, propose mitigation plans, and drive continuous improvement.
- Promote a culture of strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a strong plus.
- 8+ years of experience in business strategy, strategic planning, or management consulting, ideally at a regional or global level.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear strategic insights.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional, high-impact strategic initiatives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English and Chinese; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience working in fast-paced, multinational environments is highly desirable.
