Key Responsibilities
Global Strategic Project Leadership
- Lead and oversee global strategic and business intelligence (BI) initiatives from planning to execution.
- Establish and drive governance frameworks to ensure projects are aligned with group-wide business objectives and deliver measurable impact.
- Coordinate with regional and business unit leaders to ensure seamless execution of cross-functional strategic programs.
PMO Governance & Excellence
- Develop and implement PMO standards, methodologies, and best practices tailored to BI and strategy projects.
- Create and manage enterprise-level project dashboards, ensuring clear visibility on KPIs, milestones, risks, and resource allocation.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies to ensure timely and successful delivery.
Strategic Insights & Performance Monitoring
- Support strategic decision-making by providing data-driven insights and performance analysis across initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the Global Head of Business Intelligence & Strategy to translate business priorities into actionable project roadmaps.
- Track and report on strategic initiative outcomes, ensuring continuous improvement and impact optimization.
Stakeholder Alignment & Communication
- Act as a key liaison between the BI & Strategy office and other global functions (e.g., Finance, Product, Marketing, Risk).
- Facilitate executive-level meetings, strategy workshops, and project steering committees.
- Drive organizational change management and ensure cross-functional teams are aligned with strategic objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in project/program management, preferably in strategy, BI, or transformation roles at a regional or global level.
- Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional projects with executive visibility.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to connect data insights with strategic initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Chinese; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience in multinational or high-growth environments is highly desirable.
