We are seeking a detail-oriented with a global outlook to join our Derivatives team. This role is pivotal in managing our international derivatives portfolio and supporting the Product Manager in the Futures & Options (F&O). Your primary mission is to assist in delivering product strategies and executing growth plans to drive trading volumes, revenue, and market share across global exchanges.
Key Responsibilities
- Product (F&O): Assist the Product Manager in all activities related to F&O. Take a lead role in onboarding new products and ensuring the smooth ongoing management of the existing international portfolio.
- Global Exchange Liaison: Act as a key point of contact for international exchanges (e.g., CME, ICE, SGX, HKEX) and maintain strong working relationships with overseas clearing partners.
- Strategic Growth: Support the execution of product strategies designed to increase market share and revenue. Identify trends in global derivatives to stay ahead of the competition.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders (IT, Compliance, Risk, Operations) and external partners to drive product development initiatives and system enhancements.
- Sales & Marketing Support: Empower the Institutional Sales team with technical product knowledge. Collaborate with the Marketing team to organize and execute events and webinars related to F&O products.
- Client Advisory: Provide high-quality first-line support for client inquiries regarding contract specifications, margin requirements, and trading mechanics.
- Data Intelligence: Prepare comprehensive product data and sales analysis reports to track performance and identify new business opportunities.
- Special Projects: Lead or assist in ad-hoc assignments, regulatory reporting, or special business projects as required by management.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Finance, Economics, or a related field. Overseas education is highly regarded.
- Experience: Prior experience in a brokerage or financial institution with a focus on Derivatives. Candidates with international working experience in major financial hubs are preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Product Knowledge: A strong foundational understanding of Futures & Options, including pricing, margin methodologies, and global exchange rules.
- Execution Skills: Results-oriented with a get-things-done attitude. You must be able to work independently, prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, and meet tight deadlines.
- Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to engage, build rapport, and influence both internal business partners and external global stakeholders.
- Attitude: A proactive team player with a positive work ethic and a desire to thrive in a multicultural, global trading environment.
- Language: Proficiency in English and Korean or English and Vietnamese is required to engage with counterparties based in Korea/Vietnam.
