About the Opportunity
The company is seeking a strategic and results-driven Global Agency Director to lead and scale global agency partnerships. This senior leader will be responsible for driving global revenue strategy, deepening executive-level agency relationships, and accelerating growth across video, CTV, programmatic, and data-driven solutions.
As a key member of the Global Agency Partnerships function, the Senior Global Agency Director will help shape commercial strategy, build long-term partnerships with major holding companies, and position the business as a market leader across the digital advertising ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a global strategy to engage media agencies and drive incremental revenue across major holding company portfolios
- Build and strengthen C-suite and senior investment relationships across holding company and agency teams, including programmatic leadership, data teams, and broader agency business units
- Secure preferred partner status and structure strategic deal frameworks, including leading holding company RFP processes
- Personally lead and close complex, high-value commercial agreements
- Represent the company at industry events and act as a senior ambassador within the broader digital ecosystem
- Partner with Product teams to shape an agency-driven roadmap, identifying revenue opportunities tied to new products and integrations
- Align with Enterprise Sales leadership to ensure seamless execution, performance, and client retention
- Establish revenue targets, pipeline performance metrics, and quarterly business review frameworks
- Collaborate with Marketing on co-branded research initiatives, thought leadership, and industry events
Required Experience & Skills
- 10+ years of experience in digital media, adtech, or agency leadership roles
- Strong understanding of the adtech ecosystem, particularly video, CTV, and programmatic advertising
- Proven track record of developing and sustaining strategic partnerships, including large-scale commercial agreements
- Experience within an adtech platform, DSP, SSP, or high-growth technology environment preferred
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally across product, sales, and regional teams
- Strong executive presence and ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers, including C-suite stakeholders
