About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Integrated Marketing Lead to drive high-impact, end-to-end marketing strategies for leading global financial services clients.
This role sits at the intersection of brand strategy, digital marketing, and financial industry expertise, requiring someone who can align marketing initiatives with client business goals while navigating complex market dynamics. You will play a key role in shaping and executing integrated campaigns that elevate brand presence, strengthen market positioning, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrated Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for overseas top-tier financial clients, ensuring strong alignment with their brand positioning and business objectives.
- Campaign Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of cross-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, content, social media, events, and partnership marketing.
- Market Insights & Advisory: Build deep expertise in financial industry trends, regulatory environments, and customer behavior to deliver forward-looking insights and strategic marketing recommendations.
- Brand & Thought Leadership: Drive brand communication strategies to enhance awareness, reputation, and thought leadership in target markets.
- Performance & Analytics: Establish and continuously refine marketing measurement frameworks, leveraging data to evaluate ROI and inform ongoing strategy optimization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate internal teams (strategy, creative, media, technology) and external partners to ensure high-quality project delivery.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain and deepen strategic relationships with key clients, acting as a senior marketing advisor in client engagements and presentations.
- Team Leadership & Development: Manage day-to-day team operations, mentor talent, and build strong marketing capabilities within the team.
What We're Looking For
- Experience & Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Finance, Communications, or related fields. 5-10 years of experience in integrated marketing, brand strategy, or digital marketing within leading agencies, consultancies, or in-house teams. Experience serving international financial clients (e.g., banking, investment banking, asset management, fintech) is highly preferred.
- Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding of the full integrated marketing lifecycle, from strategy development to execution and performance evaluation, with strong project management capabilities.
- Digital & Technical Skills: Strong foundation in digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, programmatic advertising, social media marketing, and marketing automation tools.
- Data & Content Capability: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights, combined with strong content marketing and storytelling abilities.
- Communication Skills: Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Chinese, with the ability to confidently present and engage with global clients in English- and Chinese-speaking markets.
- Leadership & Mindset: Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and problem-solving ability. Proven leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and client management skills.
