General Manager

The General Manager, Singapore will be fully responsible for the company's overall business operations and growth in Singapore. This role will lead strategy execution, team building, market expansion, and compliance, while driving sustainable growth in the Singapore market.

Responsibilities

1. Take full ownership of the business performance and operations in Singapore, including revenue growth and overall business results

2. Develop and execute market entry, growth, and business strategies tailored to the Singapore and regional markets

3. Build, lead, and develop a high-performing local team, fostering a strong and inclusive company culture

4. Drive cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, product, and operations to ensure effective execution

5. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, strategic partners, government bodies, and industry stakeholders

6. Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and cost control, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth

7. Ensure full compliance with Singapore local laws and regulations, including corporate governance, employment law, and PDPA.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above background in business, management, engineering, or related fields preferred

2. 10+ years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership or management role in Singapore or international markets

3. Strong understanding of the Singapore business environment, culture, and regulatory framework

4. Proven experience in scaling businesses or building operations from the ground up is highly preferred

5. Excellent strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and execution capability

6. Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-cultural teams

7. Fluent English as a working language Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus

8. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with high ownership.
