Our client is a logistics group that provides airfreight forwarder, ocean freight forwarder and other logistics services. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for a Sales Head/GM for the Airfreight forwarding business and the position is based in Singapore.
Key job responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies for the Airfreight forwarding business
- Develop and maintain client relationships, identity business opportunities for the firm
- Oversee operations and provide guidance to team members
- Oversee and manage the overall financial performance and efficiency
- Monitor and evaluate performance and productivity
- Liaise with the headquarter to provide local business insights and strategies
- Other ad-hoc tasks when necessary
Key requirements
- Bachelor's degree or other qualifications
- At least 8 years of experience in logistics industry, familiarize with airfreight forwarder
- Good management and leadership skills
- Good understanding of Singapore logistics industry trend and market landscape
- Good communication skills and business acumen
