We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead continuous construction-related projects, driving operational excellence and strategic growth within the real estate or building construction sector.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee construction project execution to ensure timely delivery and quality standards
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize project performance and business growth
- Manage cross-functional teams to coordinate resources, resolve issues, and achieve project objectives

Required competencies and certifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration
- Minimum 10 years of experience in general management or project management roles within real estate or building construction companies
