About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic General Manager to oversee business operations in Singapore and drive regional growth across APAC. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage P&L responsibilities, and execute strategic initiatives to achieve sustainable business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall business operations and performance management
- Develop and execute strategic growth plans
- Manage full P&L responsibility and budgeting
- Drive revenue growth and market expansion in Singapore
- Build and lead high-performing teams across departments
- Strengthen key client and stakeholder relationships
- Ensure regulatory compliance and corporate governance
- Report directly to the Board / Regional Headquarters
Requirements
- 815+ years of leadership experience
- Proven track record in business growth and operational management
- Strong commercial acumen and financial management skills
- Experience managing cross-functional teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with Singapore regulatory environment
- Strong English communication skills
Preferred
- Experience in APAC regional leadership
- Industry background in Technology / Financial Services / Manufacturing / Logistics
- MBA or advanced business qualification
