Job Summary
You will lead on-site production scheduling and resource allocation to ensure efficient construction project execution. Drive cost management, coordinate cross-functional teams, and implement innovative solutions to meet project timelines and profitability targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute on-site production schedules, allocating personnel, labor, materials, and mechanical equipment to optimize each construction phase
- Direct and resolve on-site issues, including emergencies and labor disputes, to maintain uninterrupted project progress
- Organize and manage project cost accounting by tracking raw materials, machinery, labor, management fees, energy, and other expenses to ensure adherence to planned profit margins
- Compile and analyze monthly project volume statistics and accounting data to monitor project performance
- Review and supervise employee attendance records and worker payroll statements to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Prepare and control construction organization designs, progress plans, and safety technical measures to maintain overall project timeline integrity
- Chair daily production meetings to confirm progress, address challenges promptly, and plan subsequent production activities
- Coordinate working relationships with company functional departments, subcontractors, and material suppliers to facilitate smooth project operations
- Lead the application, development, and evaluation of new technologies, processes, materials, and standards to enhance project quality and efficiency
- Manage, coordinate, evaluate, and assess project department staff performance in alignment with branch office requirements
- Design and implement training and development programs to cultivate backup talent for the project department and branch office needs
