Job Position: GENERAL MANAGER

Salary Range: $8,000 - $12,000

Job Responsibilities:

. Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the company's education and business initiatives.

. Develop and manage partnerships with overseas universities and institutions to promote academic collaboration.

. Formulate and implement business strategies to achieve growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

. Ensure compliance with all applicable legal, financial, and governance requirements.

. Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and reporting functions.

. Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team to meet organizational objectives.

. Represent the company at international meetings and events

Position Requirements:

. Master's Degree or above in Law, Business Administration, or related disciplines.

. Minimum 10 years of senior management experience in the education, legal, or business consulting sectors.

. Proven track record in international partnership development and higher education management.

. Strong understanding of corporate governance, cross-border investment, and regulatory compliance.

. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Mandarin, as the role requires liaising with Mandarin-speaking students, parents, and education partners in regional markets.

. Demonstrated leadership, analytical, and strategic management capabilities.

. Possessing relevant professional qualifications or demonstrated expertise and experience in international education management will be an advantage.

. Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
