• Oversee end-to-end project execution for consulting services and trade-related projects

• Coordinate across internal teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction

• Manage project proposals, client expectations, and post-project follow-up

International Trade & Supply Chain Coordination

• Support international market research and product positioning

• Coordinate sourcing, procurement, and vendor/factory management

• Ensure smooth execution of import/export operations

Team Coordination & Compliance

• Coordinate across operations, sales, and support teams to ensure alignment

• Support compliance review processes for trade activities and client engagements
