Key Responsibilities
- Business Performance: Lead & manage the overall Club business and team to deliver specific KPIs & budgets as directed by the President and the General Committee.
- People Management: Work with the HR sub-committee to take overall responsibility for developing, retaining and engaging the right people at club level to deliver business results.
- Club budget and company's objectives and KPIs.
- Operations Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the Club ensuring the Club delivers operating excellence.
- Member Service: Ensure the delivery of excellent member services
- Sales & Business Development: Develop the business actively by building strong relationships with members and build new lead generation plan and identify new business opportunities.
- Provide strong leadership which role models company values, demonstrates cultural awareness and maintains high personal visibility within the Club.
Requirements:
- Candidates must be experienced professionals in the hospitality industry with a sound knowledge of F&B and Financial Management. A background in Club Management and proven understanding of Member Owned Club dynamics will be highly desirable.
- Good leadership skills with successful track record of developing people and spotting talent.
- Sports knowledge / experience is essential.
- Excellent knowledge of industry and operational challenges.
- Able to deliver real improvement - able to get things done, strong influencing skills.
- Good communication skills with all levels of the business.
- Strong desire and ability to motivate and inspire people and teams
- Clear, logical thinker. High standards, gets the basics right.
- Local knowledge and experience and/or cultural sensitivity.
