Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, controlling costs, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Lead, train, and motivate service and kitchen staff.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer feedback professionally.
Monitor sales performance, control costs, and manage inventory.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards.
Prepare staff schedules and oversee payroll-related matters.
Work closely with management to achieve business targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, required to communicate with Chinese speaking clients
Knowledge of restaurant operations, cost control, and service standards.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Passion for the food & beverage industry.
