Job Description

The General Manager will lead overall business operations while driving strategic business development initiatives to expand market presence, increase revenue, and build strong client relationships. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing growth strategies, managing key accounts, and ensuring operational excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Growth Strategy

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets
  • Build and execute strategic sales and business expansion plans
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, investors, partners, and stakeholders
  • Lead contract negotiations and commercial discussions
  • Explore market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities
  • Achieve revenue, profitability, and business growth targets

2. Sales & Client Management

  • Lead and support the sales team in achieving business objectives
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients and strategic accounts
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and business proposals
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships

3. Operations & Management

  • Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Develop and improve operational processes and internal workflows
  • Monitor overall business performance and implement improvement plans
  • Ensure departments work collaboratively to achieve company goals

4. Financial & Commercial Management

  • Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial planning
  • Monitor business profitability, cost control, and cash flow
  • Analyze financial and operational reports to support strategic decisions

5. Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Build a high-performance and results-driven working culture
  • Conduct performance evaluations and staff development initiatives
  • Support recruitment and talent retention strategies

6. Compliance & Corporate Representation

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and business meetings
  • Strengthen the company's brand image and market positioning
