General Manager

SGST is a Singapore-based subsidiary of a South Korean company, established in 2021. We specialize in the manufacturing and servicing of abatement systems and chillers. Our abatement systems are advanced air pollution control solutions designed to remove by-product gases from industrial exhaust streams.

We are currently seeking a Korean-speaking General Manager to lead our Singapore operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence and delivering high-quality services to our customers. Lead Singapore field operations, service, sales, and technical teams.
Drive business growth through customer acquisition, account retention, and strategic business development initiatives.

. Manage operational budgets, cost control, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
. Serve as the main on-site contact for key customers and stakeholders.
. Ensure compliance with SLA requirements, safety regulations, quality standards, and regulatory policies.
. Drive productivity, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
. Prepare and report operational performance updates to Headquarters in Korea.
. Analyze sales performance and oversee Profit & Loss (P&L) management for the Singapore entity.
. Develop and implement strategies for new customer acquisition and retention of existing accounts.
. Manage quotations, proposals, purchase orders, and service contracts, while collaborating with Headquarters on annual sales planning and targets.
. Manage annual corporate objectives and key performance indicators, including Sales, Cost, and Cash Flow targets.
. Conduct regular reporting and meetings with Headquarters regarding operations, improvement initiatives, manpower planning, and cost management strategies.
. Develop mid- to long-term business growth strategies and identify new business opportunities.
. Proficiency in both Korean and English is required to effectively communicate with Korean stakeholders.
. Prior experience in the semiconductor service industry will be an added advantage.
