Job Overview

This role involves providing strategic leadership and direction for the petrochemical division, with a strong focus on trading and operations. The Division Head will be responsible for driving business growth, overseeing market expansion, and ensuring effective risk management across all functions. By monitoring global and regional petrochemical trends, the role supports informed decision-making and long-term planning, while fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams to achieve sustainable profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Support the overall leadership of the petrochemical division by formulating and executing business strategies.
• Lead and oversee trading activities, identify growth opportunities, and expand the company's footprint in target markets.
• Ensure sound risk management, regulatory compliance, and end-to-end coordination across trading, logistics, finance, and operations to optimize profitability.
• Monitor global and regional petrochemical trends to support informed decision-making and long-term planning.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Trading, Economics, Finance, Chemical Engineering, or other relevant fields.
• Qualification in International Trade/Business is preferred.
• Exceptional management and organizational skills to lead cross-functional teams and complex operations.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the petrochemical industry or related fields, with a strong focus on trading and operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of making quick and informed business decisions.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and leadership skills to foster collaboration and drive performance.
• Deep understanding of global petrochemical markets, trends, and regulatory environments.
