Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of F&B management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of local F&B trends and customer preferences.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
