Founded in 2023, New Asia Lion City Trading Co., Ltd., is a subsidiary of Hainan Haiyan Food & Beverage Investment Co., Ltd from China. We currently have 2 outlets in Singapore and is on track to open more outlets. We are looking for passionate, dedicated individuals to join us on this jounrney. Responsibilities:

• Lead overall operations, strategy, and performance of the outlet
• Ensure profitability, service excellence, and compliance
• Manage senior management team and cross-functional operations
• Drive brand standards, training, and staff development

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in F&B or hospitality management
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and financial management skills
• Proven track record in managing high-volume restaurants/outlets
• Able to work shifts, weekends & PH
• Prior experience in handling multiple outlets is a plus point
