1. Job Description

  • Overall Leadership ():
    Provide strategic direction and oversee the entire daily operations of the restaurant to ensure efficiency, profitability, and exceptional customer experience.

    Develop and manage annual budgets, control costs (including inventory, supplies, and labor), analyze financial reports (P&L), and implement strategies to maximize revenue and achieve financial targets.

    Uphold the highest standards of service quality. Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly to maintain a positive brand reputation and high customer satisfaction scores.

2. Job Requirements ()

  • Experience ():
    Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the F&B industry, with at least 5 years in a senior management role (e.g., Restaurant Manager, Assistant General Manager) overseeing a full-service restaurant.
