Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develop Market Strategies: Formulate and execute market strategies for C-end hardware products (translation devices, voice recorders, smart notebooks, dictionary pens, headphones, etc.) within the assigned country/region. Align strategies with global corporate objectives and local market dynamics to drive business growth and increase market share.
  2. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct regular market research to analyze consumer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends. Provide data-driven insights to inform product positioning and market strategy adjustments.
  3. Sales & Business Development: Manage communication and relationships with channel partners (online, offline, B2B, B2C). Optimize channel structures and enhance sales efficiency.
  4. Marketing & Brand Building: Collaborate with marketing colleagues to execute brand promotion, product launches, content marketing, and other initiatives to enhance brand presence and impact.
  5. Internal Collaboration: Maintain close communication and coordination with headquarters teams (C-end Hardware Product R&D, Marketing, Operations, etc.) to secure resource support and expert guidance, jointly driving business development.

Qualifications:

  1. Well-rounded C-end Hardware Overseas Sales Professional: Possesses strong product knowledge, marketing acumen, promotion expertise, and collaboration skills.
  2. International Experience & Language Proficiency: Proven international experience with fluency in both Chinese and English.
  3. AI Technology & Product Expertise: Deep understanding and mastery of AI technologies and products.
  4. Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in overseas markets within the consumer electronics/smart hardware industry, with a track record of delivering results.
  5. Team Management: Experience managing overseas teams. Ability to lead and motivate culturally diverse team members, fostering collaboration and development.
