Job Title: Restaurants General Manager
Job Overview: As the Restaurant General Manager at IPG Hospitality's, you will be a key leader responsible for overseeing the overall operations and success of the establishment. Your role involves strategic planning, financial management, team leadership, and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests. IPG Hospitality currently operates 2 concepts in Singapore. Akasa, Modern Indian Restaurant located at 79 Robinson Road, CapitaSky and Indus Folk, a unique Healthy Indian Restaurant Concept at 8A Marina Boulevard, Marina Bay Financial Centre.
Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the restaurants runs smoothly and efficiently.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
Financial Management:
Create and manage budgets, including forecasting and cost control.
Monitor financial performance, analyze reports, and implement strategies to achieve financial goals.
Team Management:
Recruit, train, and manage restaurant staff, fostering a positive and high-performance work culture.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Customer Satisfaction:
Ensure exceptional customer service by maintaining high standards for hospitality and resolving guest concerns promptly.
Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to maintain food quality and service standards.
Marketing and Promotions:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotions and events.
Inventory Management:
Oversee inventory control, ordering, and stock rotation.
Minimize waste and ensure optimal stock levels to meet customer demand.
Compliance and Safety:
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Implement and enforce food safety and sanitation standards.
Strategic Planning:
Work with senior management to develop and implement long-term strategic plans.
Identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Senior Manager in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent financial acumen and budget management.
Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
Knowledge of industry trends and the ability to adapt to a dynamic market.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
