3. Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and company policies.
• Oversee audits, safety checks, and certifications.
• Manage risks and implement preventive measures.

4. Reporting & Communication

• Report company performance to the Board/Managing Director.
• Prepare periodic management and financial reports.
• Ensure clear communication between departments and management.
