Job Description:
Oversee daily business operations and implement operational strategies
Manage purchasing, inventory control, and supply chain activities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers
Supervise sales operations and coordinate distribution logistics
Lead and manage a team, including work scheduling and staff supervision
Monitor business finances, including cost control and profitability management
Identify market opportunities and expand customer base
Job Requirements:
Minimum 15 years of management experience in wholesale, trading, or retail industry
Proven experience in business operations management, preferably in a self-employed or senior leadership role
Strong knowledge of purchasing, inventory management, and supply chain operations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills
Basic financial management knowledge
Honest, responsible, and able to work independently
No minimum education requirement practical experience is highly valued
Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) in listening, speaking, reading, and writing
Language Skills:
Native proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) - fluent in listening, speaking, reading, and writing
Basic English communication skills
