key responsibilities
- Strategic Growth & Expansion: Develop and execute a roadmap for scaling operations, including identifying new outlet locations and overseeing store openings.
- P&L Management: Own the financial performance of the business, ensuring profitability through cost control, budgeting, and revenue optimization.
- Operational Excellence: Establish and refine SOPs to enhance efficiency, maintain high service standards, and ensure consistency across outlets.
- Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team across multiple locations, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Customer Experience & Brand Building: Uphold and enhance the brand's reputation by ensuring top-notch service, product quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Supplier & Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts, manage supply chains, and optimize procurement processes to support business growth.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all outlets adhere to health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications And Experience
- Proven experience as a General Manager, Operations Manager, or similar role in a QSR brand.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with a hands-on approach.
- Strong track record in scaling businesses, opening new outlets, and driving revenue growth.
- Solid understanding of P&L management, budgeting, and financial planning.
- Leadership experience with the ability to inspire, develop, and manage teams.
