JOB SUMMARY
The General Manager will be responsible for Everstone Wealth Business Strategy and leading capital inflows into Cambodia through trust structures, originating high-quality deal flow, setting up Real Estate Trust, Money Trust, and Inheritance Trust. This role requires a proven track record in cross-border business development, leadership within the financial service, Trust, Banking, maintain operational excellence, and track record of working with High-Net-Worth Individuals. The General Manager will oversee business profitability, end-to-end business development, client servicing, and operational processes to ensure market leadership, revenue growth, and regulatory compliance.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maximize Deal Sourcing and Average Deal Size
- Build and maintain a strong network of investors, institutions, and family offices to source qualified deals for potential trust clients.
Maintain Operational Efficiency and Management Reporting
- Lead business development and legal teams to drive client acquisition and efficient service delivery.
- Ensure operational excellence in trust registration timelines, business development processes, and cross-functional coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure routine updates to management on ongoing business KPIs, objectives and the future direction of Everstone Wealth, aligning with the broader strategic objectives set by the management team
Oversee Strategic Partnerships to Support Deal Flow
- Support the BD Manager in establishing and operationalising strategic alliances with law firms, family offices, investment firms, government agencies, and real estate players.
- Foster the Everstone Wealth Trust service ecosystem to support sustainable business growth.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
i. Education & Certification:
- Bachelors degree in finance, Law, Business, or a related field.
- Cambodia Trust License Holder preferred but not mandatory.
ii. Experiences & Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of direct experience in the trust industry, banking or investment advisory firms, wealth management firms as management role.
- Proven track record in sales within international financial institutions, high network individuals, real estate companies in Cambodia/ emerging markets in Asia
- Industry exposure to the early setup of operational and commercialization licensed fund is preferred.
- Effectively bilingual, either in English and Chinese or English and Khmer
- Open to local candidates and global expatriates.
