We would like to look for a general manager which can start work immediately. He or she needs to in-charge for accounts, human resources and admin job duties as blelow:
Accounts:
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain proper financial records.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in closing of accounts.
- Checking and verifying the total amount payable for suppliers and/or vendor before boss approve the payments.
- Manage petty cash.
- Liaise with accountants for year-end closing.
- Quarterly GST submission.
Human Resources:
- Manage payroll processing.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle leave management, attendance tracking, and staff benefits.
- Assist with recruitment activities, including job posting and interview coordination.
- Manage work pass applications and renewals where applicable.
- Communicate with employee.
- Handling related insurance, e.g. foreign medical insurance, work injury compensation (WIC) insurance.
Admin:
- Oversee daily office administrative operations.
- Handle office supplies procurement.
- Manage company correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.
- Support management with general administrative duties.
- Handling related insurance, e.g. vehicle insurance, public liability and fire insurance.
