Job Description

Job Summary

Lead and oversee multi-outlet Chinese restaurant operations in an MNC environment, ensuring profitability, operational excellence, and strong customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and hygiene
  • Drive financial performance (P&L, budgeting, cost control, revenue growth)
  • Lead, train, and develop management teams and staff
  • Ensure brand consistency and excellent customer experience
  • Execute marketing initiatives and handle customer issues
  • Support expansion plans and new outlet openings
  • Manage suppliers, procurement, and inventory

Requirements

  • 8-12 years of F&B experience, with 3-5 years in senior management
  • Strong background in Chinese cuisine operations
  • Experience in multi-outlet or MNC environments
  • Proven P&L management and leadership skills
  • Strong communication and operational expertise

Reports to Regional Director / CEO
