Job Summary
Lead and oversee multi-outlet Chinese restaurant operations in an MNC environment, ensuring profitability, operational excellence, and strong customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and hygiene
- Drive financial performance (P&L, budgeting, cost control, revenue growth)
- Lead, train, and develop management teams and staff
- Ensure brand consistency and excellent customer experience
- Execute marketing initiatives and handle customer issues
- Support expansion plans and new outlet openings
- Manage suppliers, procurement, and inventory
Requirements
- 8-12 years of F&B experience, with 3-5 years in senior management
- Strong background in Chinese cuisine operations
- Experience in multi-outlet or MNC environments
- Proven P&L management and leadership skills
- Strong communication and operational expertise
