General Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and capable General Manager to oversee and manage the company's operations across wholesale trade and wellness service business segments in Singapore. The role will focus on improving operational efficiency, supporting business growth, and ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
. Oversee daily operations across wholesale distribution and wellness service outlets
. Manage supply chain, procurement, and inventory processes
. Supervise and lead cross-functional teams, including sales and outlet staff
. Ensure compliance with Singapore regulatory requirements, particularly in wellness services
. Support business development initiatives and identify growth opportunities
. Monitor operational performance and implement improvements
. Coordinate with external partners, suppliers, and stakeholders

Job Requirements

. Master's Degree in Business, Management, or related field
. At least 8-10 years of operational management experience
. Experience in wholesale trade, retail, or wellness-related industries preferred
. Strong organisational and team management skills
. Good understanding of business operations and regulatory environment in Singapore
. Ability to manage multi-function business operations
