Required experience and skills:
-Minimum 15 years of working experience in F&B (Particularly japanese cuisine)
- Operational Management: Oversee and conduct day-to-day operations, implementing processes to maximize efficiency and productivity.(including menu development)
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute long-term business strategies to increase market share and meet company objectives.
- Financial Control: Oversee budgeting, reporting, cost management, and revenue growth to ensure profitability.
- Leadership and HR: Recruit, mentor, and lead staff, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring effective team training.
- Stakeholder Management: Represent the organization to clients, investors, and business partners while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
