We are looking for a strategic and results-driven General Manager to lead business operations, oversee client relationships, and drive sustainable growth for the company.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily business operations and ensure efficient execution across functions
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals and growth targets
- Lead and manage client relationships, including high-level negotiations and key accounts
- Coordinate and supervise projects to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
- Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
- Handle confidential business and client information with the highest level of discretion
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a leadership, management, or senior client-facing role
- Strong business acumen with the ability to make strategic decisions independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects effectively
- Results-oriented with strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities
Remuneration & Benefits:
Basic Salary: SGD $5,000
Commission: 5% - 15% based on performance and project value
Salary increment of SGD $1,000 upon successful confirmation
