Job Summary
The President of Playtime Culture leads the organization to grow its impact, community, and product ecosystem by translating the company's playful, human-centered mission into strategy. This role drives vision, culture, product strategy, partnerships, funding, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans that align with the company's mission to expand impact and community engagement
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and develop IP-branded location-based entertainment projects that meet market needs
- Cultivate partnerships and secure funding to support sustainable business growth across the Asia Pacific region, focusing on Southeast Asia
- Drive operational excellence by implementing efficient processes and ensuring alignment with organizational values
- Foster a culture of innovation and stewardship to maintain the company's reputation and brand integrity across all touchpoints
- Oversee product and experience strategy to enhance family entertainment offerings and customer satisfaction
Required competencies and certifications
- Proven leadership experience managing design and development of IP-branded location-based entertainment projects with over 5 years in management roles
- Deep knowledge of the Asia Pacific market, especially Southeast Asia, to support business expansion
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience working with international and local teams in the family entertainment industry
- Familiarity with licensing and managing children's intellectual property rights in Asia
