Job Description
Supervision & Execution:
- Lead and manage multiple crews across various trades and tasks.
- Direct daily site activities, ensuring workforce productivity and quality.
- Allocate manpower, materials, and tools effectively to meet deadlines.
- Provide technical guidance to workers based on drawings and specifications.
Coordination & Communication:
- Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, safety officers, and quality inspectors.
- Report work progress, delays, and resource needs to Project Manager.
- Attend coordination and safety meetings.
Quality & Safety Control:
- Ensure compliance with all HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inspections, and enforce site discipline.
- Monitor and ensure work quality meets specified standards and procedures.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain daily progress reports and attendance records.
- Track material usage and request additional supplies when needed.
- Document incidents, non-conformities, and equipment issues.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.)
- 3 years of site experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
- Able to work extended hours, work shift and 6 day work per week.
- Outdoor site-based work in varying weather conditions.
