Job Requirements:
. Degree in Civil, Building, Structural or Construction Management from a recognized institution
. At least 3 years of working experience in construction/project management which includes structural, architectural works and Medical
. Proficiency in MS Project, Autocad, Excel, Powerpoint
. Good interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills in managing with all levels of managements
. Well-versed with BCA and other relevant authorities regulations
. Possess strong leadership quality, good organizing skills, independent, responsible, analytical, and initiative
. Required experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) works for interior projects (Preferably in hospital environment)
. Candidate do not require to possess own vehicle or driving license
Job Description:
. Co-ordinates with consultants, sub-contractor, clients and other on all M&E matters, ensuring compliance in requirements, specifications and ensure project is on schedule
. Attend Coordinating Meeting
. Arrangement of work accordingly to project schedule
. Monitor work progress and feedback to Project Manager
