Geneos ITRS Tool Implementation and Support Engineer

Key Deliverables:

• Implement and configure Geneos monitoring solutions
• Provide Level 2/3 support and perform system maintenance
• Develop custom plugins and automate repetitive tasks
• Maintain documentation and participate in on-call support
• Collaborate with teams to meet monitoring requirements

Role Responsibilities:

• Design and customize Geneos components (Gateways, Probes, Agents)
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues promptly
• Apply patches and upgrades for Geneos environment
• Communicate status and provide training to stakeholders
• Support integration of Geneos with other monitoring tools
