About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Payroll Consultant to lead the delivery of end-to-end Payroll implementations. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Singapore Payroll legislation, good analytical ability, and proven experience guiding clients through complex HR & payroll transformations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go-live.
  • Interpret and apply Singapore Payroll legislation (CPF, IRAS, SHG Funds, SDL, leave mandates, statutory submissions) to ensure compliance.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis, solution workshops, and prepare functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, fast formulas, and data migration.
  • Drive testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and support clients through issue resolution and deployment.
  • Provide post-production support, enhancements, and knowledge transfer to users.
  • Mentor junior consultants and support internal capability development.
  • Maintain good communication with stakeholders to ensure smooth and successful project delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Engineering, Mathematics, or any related numerate discipline.
  • 5 years of hands-on experience in Fusion Payroll implementations.
  • Successfully delivered at least 3 end-to-end Payroll implementations (preferably Singapore).
  • Good understanding of Singapore's Payroll legislation and statutory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with good problem-solving ability.
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with Singapore Public Sector clients.
  • Exposure to multi-country payroll implementations or collaboration with Oracle Product Development is a plus.
  • Ability to lead client engagements and manage multiple workstreams independently.
